| Special focus is dedicated to the platform that our Group developed for interactive TV solutions independent from communication infrastructure. The product can manage and monitor in an integrated way a video content delivery system regardless of the nature of source platform, be it a TV programme set on analogical digital terrestrial channel, on satellite channel or digital terrestrial channel. The system can stream the acquired video signal over IP channel, usable on different platforms as personal computer, Plasma monitor, video matrixes. The management platform is composed of different modules, VOD (Video on demand), Recorder and EPG(Electronic Programme Guide). VOD (Video on demand) is a TV interactive service that freely or under fee payment, enables exploitation of a video programme (documentary, TV series, concert, movie, football match etc.) at any instant during the day on user's request. DVR (Digital Video Archiver) is a complete system conceived for encoding and decoding of digital or analogical TV programmes. The centralized system decodes and archives desired TV channels and can stream live or on demand the flows over IP network to PCs and Set-top-boxes. Recorder- PVR (Personal Video Recorder), also known as DVR(Digital Video Recoder) allows easy recording of a high amount of programmes, assisting the user to video titles’ consulting in EPG (Electronic Programme Guide). EPG (Electronic Programme Guide)- the complete Guide to video contents, enables the navigation, selection and content finding with search by title, hour, channel, type etc... All done via remote control, by PC keyboard or by mobile keypad. |
